Contract content: The 3×435 m2 sintering machine is modified from the rotary cooler, and the waste heat boiler is built to the steam turbine power generation system and water treatment and other relevant auxiliary facility, adopting EPC general contracting mode.
This project is based on the waste gas temperature and flow test reports of the three sets of 435 m2 sintering machine rotary machine in the 3# sintering plant, new 2# sintering plant and 4# sintering plant of Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Company. In this project, the fume conditions for the waste heat boiler are: feeding temperature is 388oC-390oC, the fume flow is 523000m3/h~540000 m3/h, and the fume temperature exhausted from the outlet of waste heat boiler is £165oC. three sets of waste heat boilers with 45.5 t/h, 47.1 t/h and 44.5 t/h, 25.50 t/h flash vaporizer and one set of NCZ33-1.95/0.80/0.37 steam turbine power generator unit will be respectively built.
Up to now, the project is completed and put into operation, with perfect operation. Waste heat boiler of 4# sintering plant waste heat boiler of 3# sintering plant 33 MW steam turbine shop.
