Contract Content: All systems of 6.0 Mt Steel Making Workshop (including converter, LF, RH, CCM and all auxiliary systems)
Capacity: 6MT
Main technical features :
- Hot metal pretreatment system: desulfurization with single injection of granulated magnesium.
- Converter system: combined top and bottom injection, slag splash protection and top relining process are adopted.
- Evaporation cooling and forced circulating cooling fume duct system are adopted to extend life time of fume duct, reduce investment and production cost and increase steam and gas recovery.
- Complete secondary dedusting system is provided to collect the fume and dust of all points to prevent environmental pollution and improve working condition.
- New technologies adopted for CCM include: mold width adjustment and taper adjustment technology, automatic positioning technology of segment in supporting frame, technology adopting one hydraulic cylinder for adjusting driven roller of inner curve by lifting and mold hydraulic oscillation.

Highlights:
The project adopts EPC mode: advanced process flow, high product quality, high production, rational coordination with refining process, rich product types, adopting primary and secondary dedusting system to considerably reduce emission of gas pollutant, recovery of gas, steam and scale, hot transfer of slab, etc. with reduced comprehensive energy consumption, improved profiting level of customer, with considerable economic and social benefits.
