Scope of contract: All the systems of BF, not including pig casting machine and TRT system.

Main character of technology:
a) Beneficiated material is adopted for BF. Raw material is charged into BF after under bin screening. Compensation correction device is set up for weighing error and coke moisture. Nut coke and nut sinter ore is recovered into BF, and convenient maintenance facility for under bin equipment.
b) Belt conveying system for material charging, which capacity is large and arrangement is flexible.
c) Flexible material distribution technology. The center discharging type serial hopper bell less top charging facility can reduce the deflection of material during loading process.
d) Ceramic cup + carbon brick compound structure is adopted at bottom and stack.
e) The complete furnace body is covered by cooling stave, and the cooper stave is adopted at heavy heat duty load, which cooling by cycling soft water. Life-span ≥15 years.
f) Flat double rectangular cast house, three tap hole, compact slag iron runner. Truck can directly reach cast house and tuyere platform. Clay gun and tap hole drill is arranged at same side. The tilting runner is portability designed.
g) New type INBA slag granulation facility is adopted in the design.
h) Four sets of external combustion HBS, grid type ceramic burner. The compound brick is designed at each orifice. The compensator is reasonable used, the air and gas is preheated by waste gas of HBS, the blast temperature is 1200~1250℃.
i) Environmental protection is highly considered in the design. The stock house, BLT, and cast house is the main dust generating area, and therefore set the ventilation & cleaning device. No polluted water is drained outside.
The new technology adopted in the design is as below:
a) New type serial hopper BLT.
b) Complete covered cooling stave structure, and the cooper stave is adopted at the high heat load area.
c) The ceramic cup is compound with carbon brick.
d) BF proper and the HBS valves are cooled by the cycling soft water.
e) The inspecting device for the material level inside the BF.
f ) Advanced the cast house and the powerful dedusting device in the tap hole area.
g) High temperature, long life, external combustion HBS.
h) New type INBA slag granulation facility.
i) Nut coke and nut sinter ore are recovered, the residual heat of fume is recovered for power generation.
