Scope of Contract:

All the systems of blast furnace, including material supplying system above bin and coke return system, BF main process system, i.e. stock bin, material supplying system, top charging system, BF proper, tuyere platform & cast house, HBS, crude gas cleaning system, slag granulation system, dry coal shed, coal pulverizing and oxygen enriching injection system, BF control system, gas facility (gas cleaning system and TRT), thermal power system (electric turbo blower), ventilation & dedusting system (stock bin dedusting system, transfer tower dedusting system, top dedusting system, cast house dedusting system, torpedo car repairing house dedusting system, and air condition, dedusting system of building ), water drainage & supply system, power supply & distribution system, communication facility, general layout transportation, pig casting system.

Main characters of technology:

• Screening of material before charging into BF, and coke nut is recovered into BF. Belt conveyor transportation for material under bin, main belt conveyor for material charging.

• Bell less top charging system, design top pressure: （0.2～0.25）Mpa.

• Life-span of BF: ≥ 15 years

• Double cast house, flat designed. Truck can reach the cast house platform directly. Three tap hole, no slag hole.

• Top combustion type HBS, combustion supporting air and gas is preheated by HBS waste gas, design blast temperature: 1200℃～1250℃. Life-span of HBS: ≥30 years.

• Dry type bag filter dedusting system of top gas, TRT power generating technology.

• Hot INBA slag granulation system, all the slag is water flushed.

• Three parallel injection tank for PCI, injection type of main pipe + distributor type.

• Designed injection capacity: （200～220）kg/t Ventilation and dedusting facility is adopted at stock house, cast house and BF top.

Construction highlight:

No.1 furnace was started to build in June 2007,and put into production in June 2008.This is the shortest construction period compared with the periods of the same types.
