2 x 450 m³ BF (EPC) for Honghe Steel Plant of Kunming Iron & Steel Corporation

Scope of contract: All the system of BF

Type of contract: EPC

Main characteres of technology:

• Free stand frame structure for BF proper.
• Three ball type HBS (the fourth is reserved), blast temperature 1100~1150℃, combustion supporting air and gas is preheated by HBS waste gas.
• Serial hopper top BLT charging system Impulse bag reverse blowing dedusting system is adopted at gas cleaning.
• Wheel type slag granulation system.
• The capacity of pig casting machine can meet the output of one BF.
• Anthracite is used for PCI.
• Computer is adopted for material supplying, under bin & top charging system, combustion & blast delivery system of HBS, reverse blowing of dry type gas cleaning system, coal pulverizing & injection system.
• Gas holder, capacity of which is 10×10⁴m3, is set up to BF for power generation.
