Scope of contract:

Stock house, skip bridge & winding conveyor system, top charging and BF proper (plain cooling stave & brick inlaid cooling stave, water cooling throat steel brick), tuyere platform and cast house ( one tap hole, one slag hole), three HBS, crude gas cleaning system, water slag flushing facility, dry type gas cleaning facility, clay grinding machine room, blower station (centrifugal blower D1300－3.2/0.98, motor YKS71012-2, N=4500KW, central cycling pumping house, pig casting house, ladle car repairing house etc.

Main characters of technology:

• Free standing frame structure of BF proper, one tap hole and one slag hole.

• Three ball type HBS, blast temperature 1100~1150℃, combustion supporting air and gas is preheated by HBS waste gas.

• Serial hopper bell less top charging system Impulse reverse blowing bag filtering system for gas cleaning.

• Water flushing slag granulation system.

• Coal for injection: 70% bituminous coal and 30% anthracite coal.

• Structure of material:80% sinter ore and 20% pellet ore&lump ore.

Highlight of project: shortest construction period, utilization factor is very high.
