Main Technical Characteristics:

Rated capacity of molten iron tank is 100t, and max. treatment capacity is 125t. Annual molten iron treatment capacity of two sets of device is more than 2,350,000t. After desulphurization, sulphur content of molten iron ≤0.010% (sulphur content of molten iron ≤0.005% for deep desulphurization process), and temperature ≥1250℃. After desilicatating and dephosphorizing processes, composition of molten iron reaches following requirement: P≤0.025%；Si≤0.25%，temperature≥1250℃
