Contract Scope:Main rolling line equipment design and supply (including: mechanical, lubrication and hydraulic equipment); Automation and software engineering and supply; all construction and multifarious pipes engineering of this project.

Contracting Type:Engineering and Purchase. Sinosteel MECC supplied all equipment inline and whole engineering design works of this project.

Main technical feature:

This line aimed at producing high quality bar. Design annual capacity is 600,000 tons, and potential capacity is: 800,000tons per year. Product size: plain rod: f16-50mm, rebar: f 12-40mm. The whole rolling line consists of 21 stands mill. Stand 1-18 is new type of houseless mills developed by us，H-V arrangement , stand14#,16#,18# are H/V convertible, so meet to silting rolling’s requirement. Stand19-21 ate sizing mills supplied by POMINI. We helped consumer negotiated with POMINI, and acting consumer importing the sizing group. Whole rolling line is continuous and no-twist while single strand rolling. The maximum rolling speed is 18m/s, it’s the advanced level in China.

Highlights：

We supplied all main line’s equipment and engineering design works together. We did our best effort, cooperated with design institute closely, assuring all equipment are high quality and delivered to site on time schedule. During erection period, we correspond relationship of owner, institute, manufacture and erection part, solved various problem in time, ensured the bar mill put into production as soon as possible.
