Contract content3 sets of 450 m3 BF, one set of TRT project with one boiler and one turbine, and one set of common TRT project with two boilers and one turbine.

 

With the hard working over 11 months by the technical and site construction personnel of SINOSTEEL Equipment and Engineering Co., Ltd., the 2 sets of 450 m3 BF TRT power generation projects undertaken by SINOSTEEL Equipment and Engineering Co., Ltd. in form of general contracting generate power and incorporate successfully respectively on November 8, 2006 and February 10, 2007 earlier than schedule.

Corresponding to different conditions of the three sets of 450 m3 BF, i.e. 1#, 2# and 3#, the technical personnel of SINOSTEEL Equipment and Engineering Co., Ltd. adopts different technological process for the design and construction of the TRT projects, i.e. process technology with one boiler and one turbine for 1# BF and two boilers and one turbine for 2# and 3# BF are adopted. Where the TRT for 2# and 3# BF is the common unit which is contracted and constructed by SINOSTEEL Equipment and Engineering Co., Ltd. for the first time. The technical personnel of the company strictly follow the technical regulation of TRT during construction, the requirement of quality, environment and vocational health management system standards to properly arrangement process and stick to the principle of scientific management. Moreover, during installation and commissioning process, they overcome many technical difficult points and make considerable optimization and improvement to the excitation system, lubrication oil system and automation control system to really realize the targets of saving investment and being stable and reliable for common type TRT.

Currently the top pressure of three sets of BF is stable and the BF melting quality is considerably improved. The operation of two sets of TRT units is stable. The average power generation volume is respectively 2600 kW/h and 5500 kW/a, exceeding design level which creates perfect economic benefits for the customer.

On March 20, the CCTV News Program reported the important function of the TRT project of the company undertaken by SINOSTEEL Equipment and Engineering Co., Ltd. regarding the energy saving and consumption reduction in time and it is called as One Set of Power Generation System With High Technological Level.
