Contract content:The general contracting of the fume desulfurization project including design, equipment and material procurement, construction, commissioning, acceptance and personnel training, etc. and it is of turn-key project.

Battery limit:From the point after main exhaust fan to the point the fume returning to the chimney (including corrosion protection in chimney and auxiliary equipment)

Determination, design and entrust of the process flow within battery limit.

Non-standard part design within the battery limit.

Providing complete process design, non-standard equipment manufacturing drawing, civil work construction drawing, electrical, instrument and automation construction drawing within battery limit.

Equipment and material procurement (including imported equipment), machining and manufacturing and corresponding organization and management, equipment transport, packaging and shipment, equipment installation and corresponding site construction organization and management, personnel training, test run plan provision and site expert instruction service, equipment performance and product quality guarantee.

Main technical features :

1) Rational arrangement utilizing the small and narrow places of sintering site, considering production, maintenance and environmental protection factors.

2) Reasonable process flow design and advanced and complete technical index.

3) In this project, the waste ammonia from coking plant is used as absorbent to absorb the SO2 in sintering fume to produce ammonium sulphate fertilizer and it is new technology to control waste with waste without producing secondary pollution.

4) The combination of GRP column and internal corrosion protection in the steel column is adopted for the absorption of SO2, oxidization and thickening of absorption mother liquid.

5) Vacuum pump is used for evaporation with negative pressure and crystallizing so that the product of desulfurization reaches proper standard.

6) Three circulating processes are adopted for complete absorption and reaction of solution.

7) Advanced material is used to prevent equipment from being corroded by acid solution.

Production process flow:

1) Process flow of fume: entering blower - fume temperature reducing - neutralizing and absorption of SO2 of fume - fume after desulfurization entering chimney.

2) Process flow of reaction solution: neutralizing and absorption with fume - oxidizing - thickening - evaporation for crystallizing - centrifugal dewatering - drying - finished fertilizer.

3) Function, parameters and technical description in the process flow : (1) The production capacity of desulfurization system is 10000 t/a ammonium sulphate fertilizer. The shop working day is 300 days, with 7200 hours, and the availability is 90%. It adopts 4-shift system with 3-shift working in turn. (2) The fume desulfurization rate is 90%, and the quality of the solid ammonium sulphate as by product is not lower than the requirement of class 2 standard issued by the Ministry of Agriculture of the state.
