Based on the principles for technical modification as high start point, less investment, fast output, high benefit, and considering technical development level of pelletizing field both at home and abroad and specific condition of the owner, advanced technology and reasonable process are adopted for energy saving and consumption reducing.Comprehensive environmental control is strengthened to ensure that the equipment level of this project reaches advanced level of similar pelletizing plant both at home and abroad. The principle for construction determined is as follows.

Experienced, reliable, practical and advanced process technology with considerable benefits is adopted, with reasonable and smooth process arrangement, and the technological equipment level is leading in domestic market and advanced level of similar pelletizing plant in the world. Control system is advanced and practical, reliable and stable to ensure fast production and benefit targets as soon as possible after startup.

Comprehensive control of safety, health and environment is intensified so that it is in accordance with the safety, health and environmental protection standard of the state and the place the project is located to improve working conditions and productivity.

Energy saving technology is adopted for reasonable utilization of energy.

All items of construction are in accordance with national and field standards and codes. Existing utility and site conditions are used to the most possible extent to optimize design and reduce project costs.

For all design, technical results are shared except patent and proprietary technology.

During execution of the project, it shall not influence normal production of existing facility (except short time connection), and the maintenance passage for new and existing facilities is completely considered.
