Capacity: Design annual capacity is 400,000 tons.

Product mix:

plain rod: f16-40mm, rebar: f 12-40mm. The whole rolling line consists of 18 stands mill. All mills are new type of houseless mills developed by us，H-V arrangement , stand16#,18# are H/V convertible, so meet to silt rolling’s requirement. The total weight of this project is lighter and cost of equipment is lower. Whole rolling line is continuous and no-twist while single strand rolling. The maximum rolling speed is 16m/s. Every mill stand is driven by DC motor Individual. Other equipment including: 90t/h push type reheating furnace, No.1 flying shear and scrap treatment device, No.2 flying shear and scrap treatment device, No.3 flying dividing shear, guide and trough, vertical lopper, cooling bed (78mx9m), 500t fixed shear and guage, packing system equipment, and hydraulic and lubrication equipment for mechanical , whole automatic system.

Highlights：

Time limit of this project was shortest and it’s cost was lowest in similar projects. This project was built in old shop, field was limited, and there were some other equipment still in running. Process design of this project was very difficult. Designer did a lot of works, put this whole continuous mill in 240m length’s workshop. We did our best effort, cooperated with design institute closely, assisted them completed civil design ASAP. We also sent our supervisors to manufactory, assuring all equipment are high quality and delivered to site on time schedule.
