2.2mtpa Coking System: coal blending system, coke screening and stroage system, coke wet quenching system, CDQ residual heat generating system, phyro sewage biochemical disposal station and auxiliary system, etc.

Main Technical Characteristics:

To meet the requirements of the 3 sets of 2350m3 BF with production of 5.2mtpa hot metal, this coke oven system includes 4x55 6m compound top-charging coke oven and related coke blending system, coke screen and stroage system, coke wet quenching system, CDQ residual heat generating system, sewage bichemical disposal station and auxiliaries, etc., ensuring annual coke production of 2.2mt, gas purification capacity of 114000m3/h, CDQ capacity of 2x140t/h.
