Contract scope：

Two sets of 65-oven modern batteries with height of coking chamber as 6 m and annual production as 1.3 Mt/a.

On June 22, 2004, SINOSTEEL Equipment and Engineering Co., Ltd. signed contracts for 5# and 6# coke ovens with Isdemir Steel Plants in Turkey, and procurement and installation contracts for the 4 main machinery of coke oven are signed on July 30. The two sets of 65-hole modern coke ovens with height of coking chamber as 6m and annual production as 1.3 MT/a are completed and started up by the end of 2006. except civil works construction and equipment installation, all other design and laying works are completed by us. Main equipment and material of coke oven are procured and supplied by us in domestic market (totally about 52000t), including about over 40000t refractory materials. According to requirement of the contract, the coke oven is equipped with 2.5 sets of coke oven vehicles, including 3 sets of coke pushing machines and 3 sets of coke guides. According to experience, there is no 65-hole 6 m coke oven currently in domestic market and it is the first one in foreign market for such super coke oven.
